Buyer’s Inspection
This investigative inspection of a residential property will evaluate the condition of most visible and readily accessible components of the home. A full inspection report will be sent out within 24 hours of the completed service.

Re-inspections
It’s a good idea to schedule a re-inspection when the seller of your prospective home has contacted you to let you know that requested repairs and improvements have been completed. We’ll come back to the property soon after you’ve been notified, inspecting any components that have been modified to ensure that the addressed issues have been resolved in full and without any drawbacks to the quality of the work.
WDO/Termite Inspection
This inspection service is an investigative assessment of a home that will identify potential areas of termite damage and ongoing infestations. Wood-destroying organisms such as termites cost homeowners an unfathomable amount of money in repairs each and every year, and we don’t want you to suffer that same fate—which is why we highly recommend scheduling this service before you close on the home!
Mold Testing
For this inspection service, surface and air samples will be collected from inside the home to be tested for a multitude of molds and the amount of spores that are present. We’ll also be looking for clear and obvious signs of mold growth and the water damage that could be allowing the mold to thrive inside the home.
Well Inspection
If your prospective home’s water supply is provided by a well, then it’s a good idea to have that system inspected before finalizing a purchase. We’ll inspect the well’s accessible structure and mechanical systems, while also ensuring that the current water pressure is sufficient to meet the home’s broader needs.
Thermal Imaging
A basic thermal imaging scan is included with a Buyer’s Inspection as necessary, but we also offer this comprehensive thermal imaging service. We’ll use our thermal imaging camera to read the infrared signatures of each area of the home, cluing us into certain details that are impossible to evaluate through a visual inspection alone. Some of the issues that thermal imaging can help us diagnose include defective insulation, electrical hotspots, plumbing leaks, and exterior moisture intrusion.
